Precision contract manufacturing since 1959

Uebelgönne Werkzeugbau GmbH is a medium-sized company founded in 1959 in Hagen with around 20 employees on approximately 2,200 m² of production and office space. Its core competence is contract manufacturing of single parts and small series made of steel, including workpieces in virtually any degree of hardness and in other metals. The manufacturing range covers CNC machining (milling) of workpieces up to 3,500 x 1,200 x 1,200 mm on twelve machining centers, surface grinding, MAG welding and the assembly of complex assemblies. In addition, the company offers tool and fixture making as well as straightening work up to 250 tonnes of press force. Customer industries include mechanical engineering, toolmaking, steel construction and defense technology. All processes are integrated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015; the welding shop is certified to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 and DIN 2303 Q3 BK1.
