UES - Universal Extrusion Service has been active in plastics blow molding technology since 2003 and is headquartered with workshop and warehouse in Teltow near Berlin. The company specializes in the sale of inspected used blow molding machines, retrofit and modernization of existing systems as well as spare parts supply. Its own core product is UES-brand extrusion heads, including heart-curve, mandrel-holder, spiral-distributor and multi-layer heads up to accumulator/storage heads with nozzle diameters of 110 to 180 mm. Acknowledged materials for the processable heads include HDPE, PP, EVOH barrier layers, CaCo3-filled materials and masterbatch. The team brings experience from leading manufacturers such as Bekum, Kautex and Uniloy. The service portfolio also includes control system conversions based on B&R, technical services such as maintenance, commissioning and production optimization, as well as the purchase and sale of blow molding machines. With support of a sustainable approach, used machines are used as basic construction and components are reused to the maximum extent. Support is offered in German, English and Spanish, with a worldwide orientation.
