UGA SYSTEM-TECHNIK develops and produces in Herbrechtingen (Bolheim) gas- and watertight building entries for cables and pipes. The portfolio comprises modular cable penetration systems (BKD 150, BKD 90, KD 110) with sealing packs, system covers and inserts, rubber press seals (GPD) for core drillings and sleeve pipes from 50 to 1200 mm, sealing inserts for pipes, sleeve pipes, building entries, EPDM cuffs as well as accessories. In addition, fire protection products from leading manufacturers are offered as a distribution partner. Materials include EPDM, TPE, PVC, PP, ABS recycled material as well as V2A and V4A stainless steel and structural steel. For complex installation situations, the company manufactures custom-made special components and offers assembly services, on-site construction service, planning support and product training. The products are sold via direct sales in Germany as well as through trading partners in Europe and worldwide; in 2020, the subsidiary UGA Cable and Pipe Sealing Systems India Pvt. Ltd. was founded for India and the Middle East. Gerhard Gauland founds UGA SYSTEM-TECHNIK in Gerstetten as an installation business for preventive structural fire protection.
1990
Installation of more than ten thousand seals at Munich Airport; second pillar: watertight systems.
1994
Transition from an installation business to a manufacturing company with direct sales of gas- and watertight building entries.
