UIBS Teamwork Skowron Fiegler Spółka Komandytowa develops and markets IPOsystem, an autonomous decision-making and production system (ADS) that makes operational decisions in manufacturing without planners or supervisory staff. The software manages production orders and schedules, assigns tasks directly to employees and machines, continuously monitors production progress (MES), and covers, in addition to technology management (BOM + BOO), MRP II, working time, quality, tool and inventory management as well as production logistics and traceability. Decision-making takes place in real time and, according to the vendor, takes a maximum of five seconds; disruptions and schedule changes are compensated automatically. The system can be integrated with ERP, WMS and PDM environments, including SAP, MS Dynamics and Oracle. According to the vendor, IPOsystem is used in around 70 factories in Poland, where it daily controls the work of more than 14,000 employees and generates over 50,000 operational decisions per day. Customers include companies from special machinery manufacturing, the printing and calendar industry, coin minting and structural steel construction.
