About us
Ulrich Gallmetzer CNC-Bearbeitung is a sole proprietorship in precision mechanics founded in 2001 in Forchheim. Its main area of activity is the manufacture of complex mechanical components to drawing using machining technologies such as turning and milling. Production takes place on four CNC-controlled and five manually operated machine tools, including a 5-axis simultaneous milling machine and lathes with driven tools, sub-spindle and bar loader magazine. The economical lot sizes are prototypes and small series. In addition, the company supports development work and problem solving, plans fixtures, creates CAD-CAM data, engraves PC-controlled, saws, cuts threads and performs TIG welding on thin sheet metal. The customer base comprises around 100 customers from mechanical engineering and precision mechanics.
