New building on Industriestrasse in Lyssach; sheet metal working and coachbuilding business by Ulrich Oppliger.
- 1972
Founding of Ulrich Oppliger AG; Paul Güdel joins as an advisor.

Acquisition of the first tracing punch press; production of kitchen furniture for the company Störi.

Acquisition of a laser cutting machine from a trade fair in Milan – pioneering role in metal laser cutting; expansion of the production hall.
