Ultra Reflex GmbH is a German family-owned company for precision plastic parts with a focus on reflectors, retroreflectors, lenses, light guides, reflex films as well as optical and technical plastic parts. The company covers the entire value-added process from a single source: from consulting and project management (APQP, FMEA, control plans) through development and design with CAD drawings, fill studies and prototypes to in-house mold making with an ultra-precision diamond milling machine for optical mold inserts. In injection molding production, thermoplastic materials are processed, including two-component injection molding and injection compression molding; production is digitalized, automated and monitored. In addition, Ultra Reflex offers assembly with ultrasonic welding, bonding, clip fastening and overmolding of insert parts, finishing with marking and packaging as well as storage and logistics.
