About Ultra System
Ultra System SA, based in Martigny (Switzerland), develops and produces purging compounds under the Ultra Plast brand – cleaning compounds for plastics processing. The core business is 100 % focused on this task: products for cleaning injection moulding machines (screw, barrel, hot runner), extruders, extrusion blow moulding machines, blow and cast film lines, as well as for PET preform and closure production. Specific products are offered depending on the application, including for the packaging, medical/pharmaceutical and cosmetics, automotive, and electrical and household appliance industries; for cleanrooms, QUALIPURGE HT-CS is available up to 420 °C without odour and smoke. A network of five production/sales locations, more than thirty warehouses and around sixty agents and distributors enables fast worldwide delivery as well as support for product trials at the customer's site. Products are used during colour and material changes and, according to the company, reduce changeover costs by 20 to 90 %.
