Ultrabio Werke GmbH is a German manufacturer of e-liquid products based in Rheda-Wiedenbrück. Founded in 2010 by Fatih Aygül, the company started with chemical specialty products such as cleaning agents and has been active in the vaping industry since 2012. The product range includes ready-to-use liquids, flavours, nicotine shots, bases, longfills, nicotine salt liquids and pod systems — partly as own brands (OWL, OWLIQ, Hercules, Kirschlolli, Nebelfee), partly as white-label production for B2B customers with over 100 brand references and more than 3,000 TPD-registered products. The 'Am Ruthenbach' plant has been specifically designed for e-liquid manufacturing since 2017 and is continuously being expanded. Production takes place in a class 5 cleanroom on fully automated filling lines. An in-house analytical laboratory with a gas chromatograph and atomic absorption spectrometer supports development, quality control, TPD notifications as well as external analytics services.
