About HASYTEC
HASYTEC (Ultrasonic Tech GmbH) develops AI-controlled ultrasonic technology at its Kiel site to prevent organic and inorganic deposits on all liquid-bearing surfaces. For shipping, the DBPI® (Dynamic Biofilm Protection intelligent®) system is used, among other things on seawater cooling systems, propellers, freshwater generators and bow and stern thrusters. For industrial applications such as refrigeration plants, the food, dairy, paper and beverage industries, the IDP® (Intelligent Deposit Protection) system is available. The ultrasonic transducers are bonded externally with a 2-component epoxy resin adhesive without any conversion work; installation can be carried out independently following the enclosed instructions or by the trained service team. The technology is EMC-tested and type-approved for shipping by Lloyd's Register; its use in industry meets requirements such as the 42nd BImSchV (Federal Immission Control Ordinance).
