About us
Unger Elektro-Anlagenbau GmbH is a medium-sized family business in its third family generation, headquartered in Annaberg-Buchholz in the Erzgebirge. Founded in 1945, the company implements electrical systems in its two business fields of building technology and grid construction. Its range of services includes electrical installation in commercial and industrial buildings, power supply in the medium- and low-voltage range, hazard alarm systems, data networks, the installation of e-car charging stations as well as service and maintenance work on high- and low-current systems. In grid construction, the company builds transformer substations and cable networks, connects large consumers, lays underground cables with its own cable plough and performs VLF cable testing up to 30 kV. Customers include, among others, enviaM/mitnetz as a framework contract partner, SAP SE, hospitals, shopping centers and US projects in Grafenwöhr. In addition to its headquarters structure, the company, with 73 employees, operates a grid construction branch office and an electrical planning office in Sehmatal.
