Unibloc Hygienic Technologies develops and manufactures hygienic positive displacement pumps and related equipment for the process industries. The portfolio includes rotary lobe pumps (PD550 series), Sanitary Gear Pumps (GP series) with helical-cut gears, twin screw pumps, air-operated double-diaphragm pumps (Flotronic One-Nut AODD+), barrel unloading systems, Hygenitec drum pumps, oil coolers, in-line strainers, sight glasses and hygienic pressure relief valves. For road tanker construction, chemical- and food-grade pumps with 3A design and ATEX-certified design are available. Pump heads are machined from solid 316L stainless steel, bearing housings in 316L or anodized aluminum; rotors are available in non-galling alloys, metal-detectable Polyflex plastic and DuraCore composite. All lobe and gear pumps are CIP/SIP-capable and made from FDA-approved materials. The patented QuickStrip design provides tool-free access to the pump head and seals. The group serves industries such as food and dairy processing, beverages, pharma and biotechnology as well as transport and chemicals, and is represented by entities in the USA, the UK and Germany.
