UNIFLEX-Hydraulik GmbH is a technology company headquartered in Karben near Frankfurt am Main that develops, manufactures and distributes machines for the production and processing of hose lines. The portfolio comprises workshop and production presses (hose presses), calibration presses, special machines and peripheral equipment such as cutting machines, peeling machines, perforating devices, cleaning devices, insertion devices, test benches and marking and bending devices. In addition, filter and extraction systems, accessories, software for hose line production as well as factory-refurbished used machines are offered. The machines are manufactured in the classic artisanal process by hand and largely to order; custom-made and customer-specific variants are part of the offering. The core of the technology is plain bearing technology, which reduces the loss of pressing force and thus energy consumption. Customers are hydraulic hose processors, industrial and service companies, the automotive industry as well as manufacturers of insulators, cables and ropes. Founded in 1972, the company with around 140 employees operates eight branches worldwide, including in the USA, Uruguay, China, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia and India.
