About Unifox

Unifox Vertrieb GmbH was founded in August 1990 by Harald Schmidt in Hamburg and specialises in the distribution of Scandinavian products. Its core business comprises Scandinavian confectionery, in particular fruit gums and liquorice, as well as fruit spreads from Denmark in 400 g and 250 g glass jars. The company supplies retail chains throughout Germany on a decentralised basis, either as pure assortments on pallets or mixed in a ¼ display. Customers can have their own packaging units, product creations and private-label business implemented with their own names and logos; organic, sugar-free, halal or kosher-compliant products are possible. Since 2019 the company has also been distributing Zinzino dietary supplements and offers related advice and online seminars. In 2011, after almost 47 years as a Hamburg merchant, Harald Schmidt passed the business on to his daughter Gina Wallner.
