Uniproma was founded in Europe in 2005 and develops, produces and distributes high-performance chemical products for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemicals industries. The portfolio includes chemical and physical UV filters, SPF boosters, self-tanning and skin-brightening active ingredients, humectants, anti-aging agents, thickeners such as Carbomer (Uni-Carbomer 980), nucleating agents (Uni-NUCA), Polymyxin B Sulfate (UniAPI-PBS) as well as recombinant active ingredients such as Arelastin® (recombinant humanized elastin) and recombinant PDRN. In the fine chemicals area, products including 4-Hydroxy Benzyl Cyanide (CAS 14191-95-8, purity of at least 99.5%, packaging 25 kg net per bag) and PTBBA are manufactured; the plant established in China in 2008 as a co-founder later became the world's largest PTBBA producer with an annual capacity of over 8,000 mt. Production is GMP-compliant with traceability from manufacturing to delivery. With branches in Düsseldorf (European Customer Service Center), Kunshan (China) and Melbourne (Australia) as well as logistics centers in the EU, Asia and Australia, the company supplies customers in more than 60 countries and regions and offers OEM/ODM services as well as regulatory consulting.
