About UNIQAMO
UNIQAMO GmbH is a Zurich label for sustainable designer furniture and interior design. The company refines used wine crates and cable drums into handcrafted furniture pieces such as shelving units, side tables, coffee tables, nightstands, tables and various home accessories. Production is done by hand with a focus on social, local and sustainable manufacturing in Switzerland. In addition to furniture production, UNIQAMO offers interior design services, in particular materialisation and detail design for interior fitting-out. The reference project is the complete renovation of a six-apartment residential building in Zurich Wollishofen, realised in collaboration with the architecture firm ZAD AG Zurich. The products are sold through the company's own online store; the office address is at Sandstrasse 4 in 8003 Zurich.
