unitech Kühlschmierstoffe GmbH is a family-owned manufacturer of lubricants for the metalworking industry based in Attendorn. Founded in 1972, the company develops and produces water-miscible coolants (HOSMAC), non-water-miscible coolants (MSA), industrial cleaners (PURGON) and products for minimum quantity lubrication (MMS). The products are used for machining processes such as turning, drilling, milling, broaching, reaming, deep-hole drilling, grinding and honing as well as for chipless forming, particularly on aluminium, non-ferrous metals, steel and aerospace materials. In addition to production with a capacity of 10,000 t/a (as of 2012), unitech offers application engineering services, fluid management, training and laboratory analyses in accordance with TRGS 611. Customers in Europe, Asia and overseas are supplied via partner companies. The company is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
