About United Products
United Products GmbH, based in Burglengenfeld (Bavaria), was founded in 2006 by Managing Director Mario Weinfurtner and specializes in the manufacturing of PVC cards. The product range includes plastic cards, customer cards, bank cards (credit and debit cards), gift cards as well as smart cards with contact, contactless and dual-interface chips. Production encompasses printing, laminating, screen printing, personalization (embossing, chip and magnetic stripe encoding) and finishes such as holograms, security overlay and varnishing; all production steps from the printing stage to personalization take place under one roof on a secured site. In addition, card carriers, cover letters, package inserts and packaging as well as lettershop and logistics services are offered. The material portfolio ranges from PVC, Bio-PVC and recycled PVC through PET G to paper and cardboard; around 5 million cards are produced daily for customers worldwide, and apart from bank card certifications according to Visa/Mastercard standards, DEKRA-tested.
