About Unitek SA
Unitek SA is a company specializing in screw machining (CNC turning from bar stock) based in Delémont, in the centre of the Jura Arc. The company manufactures high-precision turned parts and components for demanding industries, primarily movement components and case parts for watchmaking, as well as for medical technology, the automotive industry, connector technology and mechanical engineering. Two production lines are available: one line for parts up to Ø 20 mm, capable of simple to complex machining, and a second line for parts up to Ø 4 mm, dedicated to small dimensions and very high precision requirements. In addition to turning, gear tooth profiling (taillage), surface finishing and the assembly of micro-components are offered. Production ranges from prototype to small and medium series, accompanied by quality inspections at every stage. A modern machine park and qualified personnel enable flexible manufacturing with short delivery times.
