UNIV AG is a Swiss stock corporation headquartered in Wetzikon in the canton of Zurich and has been producing building circular saws and stone cutting machines for construction site use since 1962. The product portfolio includes the Swiss BKS series building circular saws (BKS 45, BKS 50, BKS 500 G with pivoting function for mitre cuts and the compact BKS mini), the Swiss STM 600 and STM 700 table stone mills, various stone saws as hand-held devices (HS and PS series) as well as hydraulically operated stone crackers with splitting pressures of 10 to 20 tonnes. The machines are designed for the harsh everyday construction environment and are built correspondingly robust. In addition to new purchases, the offering includes repair and service, machine rental, sale of used machines as well as a spare parts webshop with exploded drawings, operating manuals, wiring diagrams and declarations of conformity. Customers include construction sites, carpentry and joinery, structural and civil engineering, road construction, landscaping and stone processing.
