About Universal Cartridge
Universal Cartridge GmbH is a company in Munich founded in 1989 by Reiner Schenk, based on a three-pillar concept of retail trade, brand production and customer service. The company manufactures its own-brand toner cartridges under the UniCart® brand, including in-house developments such as the “Der Dicke Emil” cartridge with 2.5 times the print output of commercially available products. As a specialist retailer, Universal Cartridge distributes toner and ink cartridges from practically all well-known brands as well as papers, ribbons and accessories. The customer service department repairs laser printers, fax machines and copiers both in its own service workshop in Munich and on-site at the customer's premises. A company-owned delivery and collection service delivers consumables and, by arrangement, collects empty cartridges free of charge. Production, sales and administration are all located entirely at the Munich site.
