UNIWELL Rohrsysteme GmbH & Co. KG has been a development partner and producer of cable protection and media-carrying pipe systems since 1990. The manufacturing program includes fuel lines, clutch and brake lines, vent and breather lines, fill hoses, air ducts, windscreen and headlight washer lines as well as corrugated tubes and insulating hoses for the automotive industry and mechanical and plant engineering. In addition, fabric hoses, transparent PVC hoses, swimming pool hoses and shower hoses are manufactured for industrial and sanitary applications. Production is carried out by extrusion and thermoforming using extrudable polymeric materials ranging from PVC and PE to high-temperature materials, complemented by thermosetting, assembly/kitting and mounting into sub-assemblies. The headquarters with extrusion is located in Ebern (Lower Franconia); thermoforming and assembly take place in Zdikov, Czech Republic. The company supplies automotive manufacturers and industrial companies at home and abroad and is certified according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
