The Unternehmensgruppe maas is a construction and industrial service provider from Moers on the Lower Rhine with more than 120 years of experience. Its approximately 360 employees in ten operating companies cover the entire spectrum from road, sewer and civil engineering to port, hydraulic and special civil engineering as well as railway construction, up to building construction, engineering and turnkey construction. A dedicated division for mining-related special works covers mining and tunnel construction including shaft sinking, partial-face excavation and the repair of tunnel boring machines. The portfolio is complemented by industrial services and logistics, waste disposal as a certified specialist company, and construction machinery rental, transport and service. Customers include RWE, Deutsche Bahn, Autobahn GmbH, K+S and the Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration. The company is led in its fourth generation by Ralf Langerbein and Thomas Kuchejda.
