About Uptoearth

Uptoearth GmbH is a European Earth-observation company headquartered in Darmstadt, Germany. Founded in 2019, the start-up processes satellite, aerial and drone data into analysis-ready geodata products and geospatial intelligence for climate, agriculture, carbon markets and environmental applications. Its services include EO data processing (ARD), SAR and optical analytics, hyperspectral data processing, photogrammetry, carbon monitoring and MRV workflows, biomass and blue-carbon monitoring as well as urban-heat analyses. Using cloud-based DIAS pipelines, AI/ML methods are applied for predictive modelling and time-series analysis; results are integrated via GIS platforms, WebGIS, dashboards, APIs and digital twins. The company emerged from the ESA BIC ecosystem (CESAH), has been partially funded through the EU ERDF programme, and sees itself as a spin-off from IUAV with activities in Italy. Applications lie in climate-smart agriculture, carbon markets, coastal ecosystems, smart cities and environmental reporting.
