Since 1998, URIMAT Deutschland GmbH has been distributing waterless urinal bowls from the Swiss manufacturer URIMAT on the German market. The product range includes dry urinals made of sanitary ceramics (handmade in Germany) and polycarbonate produced by injection moulding, as well as accessories such as the patented membrane odour trap MB-ActiveTrap, hygiene dispensers made of stainless steel and plastic, hand dryers, odour traps for floor drains (Green Drain), urinal privacy screens made of HPL and toughened safety glass, urinal displays and a biological sanitary cleaner. The products are patented by the manufacturer, hold the general building authority approval (allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung) of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt) and are TÜV-tested. The urinal bowls and accessories are manufactured in Germany and Switzerland; the company operates in a climate-neutral manner.
