UST Bearing Manufacturing produces rolling bearings – ball bearings and roller bearings – to BS/ISO/DIN standards and offers more than 720 standard and special sizes. The company operates two manufacturing facilities: one for high-volume production of standard sizes and one for the manufacture of non-standard bearings to customer-specific requirements. The bearings are produced with P0 and P6 tolerances and bearing clearances C2, C3 and C4; raceways of the rings and rollers receive superfinishing for a long service life. Fields of application include construction machinery, mining and material handling, agricultural machinery, gear manufacturing, cranes, rolling mills, paper, printing and textile machinery, as well as automobiles and rail transport. An application engineering team develops customer-specific bearing solutions. The company is ISO 9001 certified and employs more than 200 staff.

The inspection room equipment includes roundness and surface measuring instruments, a profile projector and noise and vibration test benches; an in-house laboratory performs microstructure and chemical analyses.
