About UTICOR Automation
UTICOR Automation GmbH has been active in the field of control, operation and monitoring since 1976 and manufactures robust, customer-specific solutions for industrial automation. The portfolio includes panel PCs, monitors and virtual clients as built-in devices or in enclosed housings according to IP65, complemented by box PCs, PLC systems (EZRack), operator devices, large displays, workstations and IIoT gateways. The housings of the front and rear are made of stainless steel; the front panels are optionally powder-coated, also in customer-specific colors with logo application. The company is a 100% subsidiary of AVG Automation (Chicago), which has its own PCB production lines and production lines for automation components in the USA. The production units are manufactured to customer specifications in Germany – from lot size 1, including prototype development, retrofit for legacy systems and an in-house repair service. Before every shipment, each device undergoes a 48-hour endurance test. Main markets are the USA, Europe, India, China and Australia.

Every device undergoes a 48-hour endurance test (long-term test) before delivery. The front panels are designed according to protection rating IP65; the in-house repair service in Germany performs detailed fault analyses and only replaces defective parts.
