About UYAR Präzisionstechnik

UYAR GmbH & Co. KG (UYAR Präzisionstechnik) is a certified contract manufacturer and system supplier for machining technology based in Halle (Westfalen). The company manufactures precision, milled and turned parts as contract manufacturing and delivers up to complete system solutions. Core competencies are CNC turning from bar stock from approx. Ø 4 mm to Ø 100 mm and in chuck up to max. Ø 400 mm as well as CNC milling on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines including 6-sided complete machining for small and large series. Materials machined include aluminium, structural steels, stainless CrNi steels, duplex steels, nickel-based materials, magnesium and copper materials. Complementary services offered include laser marking (serial numbers, barcodes, 2D codes, logos), TIG and MIG/MAG welding, vibratory finishing as surface technology, assembly of complete modules as well as planning, development, packaging and delivery. Quality assurance is performed with a 3D coordinate measuring machine, an optical shaft measuring machine and a digital measuring projector; the quality management system is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
