About us
V+S Vogel & Schemmann Maschinen GmbH is an owner-managed, mid-sized mechanical engineering company based in Hagen (North Rhine-Westphalia) with a company history dating back to 1891. As a supplier of new systems, spare parts and services in the fields of blasting technology and surface treatment, the company serves customers in Germany and worldwide. The product portfolio includes wheel blast machines (rubber belt, overhead rail, roller conveyor, drum, rotary chamber, wire and bar, rotary table, brake discs), shot peening systems for shot peening applications such as the BDTA rotary indexing machine, the SPE 2/1 and the GeSPE Inj, as well as air blast systems. Processed parts include steel and aluminium components, forgings, castings such as engine blocks and cylinder heads, wire and bars, and springs. The design team at the Hagen site is responsible for the development and engineering of new systems for the German and international market; in addition, system modernization (retrofit), replacement and wear parts, maintenance and training are offered. Customers can be found, among others, in the automotive industry, aerospace, foundries, forges, heat treatment shops, and the steel and metal processing sector.
