About V4Smart
V4Smart develops and manufactures high-performance lithium-ion cylindrical cells for applications where high power is crucial. The cells are designed for fast charging (80 % in under 6 minutes) and continuous maximum-current discharge (up to 100 A) while providing stable thermal behavior under load. The company builds on more than 135 years of engineering and battery expertise and manufactures Automotive-Grade products in series according to IATF 11299 in Germany. The headquarters with production is located in southern Germany. In addition to standard products, V4Smart offers customer-specific battery solutions (Tailored Solutions) for industries such as the automotive industry and the electrification of high-current-intensive applications. With Generation 2, the company is pursuing two development paths: even higher power for the most demanding applications, as well as increased energy density while maintaining high power.
