About VAKUO
VAKUO GmbH, based in Friedrichsdorf near Frankfurt am Main, manufactures liquid ring vacuum pumps up to 500 m³/min, centrifugal fans, Roots blowers and self-priming extraction pumps, and supplies complete vacuum systems including pre-separators, cooling towers, gearboxes, belt drives, skid units and silencers. The CNN, CVP and CE1/CEP pump series cover vacuum ranges down to 50 mbarA and are partially interchangeable with common third-party designs. Cast iron casings can optionally be fitted with stainless steel cladding (AISI 304) or ceramic coating for protection against corrosion and erosion. Target industries are in particular pulp and paper, the sugar industry, filtration technology and the energy sector, as well as OEMs and engineering service providers. At the end of 2018 the company acquired CUTES Europe Ltd., and offers maintenance, repair and overhaul of large vacuum pumps, spare parts, second-hand and exchange pumps as well as vacuum audits, field trials and system engineering. More than 100 new and used pumps are available in stock near Frankfurt; every pump is tested at the works.
