About us
VAKUUM-TECHNIK TEMPLIN GmbH is a family business founded in the 1960s with 20 employees, specializing in thermoplastic deep drawing (vacuum thermoforming). The company manufactures plastic parts and assemblies for virtually all industries, including paint protection covers for the automotive sector, cladding panels as well as transport containers and pallets for storage, transport and assembly technology. All common thermoplastics such as PVC, PETG, PC, PS, ABS, PP and PE are processed in material thicknesses of approx. 2 mm to 14 mm with forming areas up to 1200 x 2000 mm. Production takes place on five in-house vacuum thermoforming machines; for edge precision and complex contours, three CNC-controlled 5-axis milling machines are available. The manufacturing process covers the entire process from product development through design based on CAD data, drawings or samples to assembly and kitting. Production is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 with continuous quality control in in-house production at the Heilbronn site.
