About Valcalorie SA
Valcalorie SA is a building services company founded in 1965 and headquartered in Sion (Sitten) in the Valais. The company implements complex HVACR (heating/cooling, ventilation/air conditioning and plumbing) projects – from consulting and planning through installation to maintenance and refurbishment, both in new construction and in existing buildings. A key focus is heating replacement, in particular the switch to heat pumps and renewable energies. For industrial companies, Valcalorie also implements efficient heat generation systems for hot water, thermal oil, steam and district heating. Customers include commercial businesses, residential buildings, service providers, institutions, industry, hospitals, research facilities and the hotel sector. The company employs more than 30 staff and, since 2025, has been part of the St. Gallen-based Hälg Group, but continues to operate independently under Managing Director Stéphane Gaillard. Projects can also be handled as general contractor across the entire process.
