About us
Valontec GmbH, based in Gratkorn and Graz, is an Austrian supplier of steel products and customised processing. The product range includes beams, profiles, hollow sections, bar steel as well as quarto plates, hot-rolled strip and sheet metal, complemented by special grades such as high-strength fine-grain structural steels (S690QL1), wear-resistant steels (Brinar) and heat-resistant steels for pressure vessel construction (P265GH). At its own machine shop in Gratkorn, fiber lasers (TCI, Bystronic), oxy-fuel and plasma cutting machines (Zinser), press brakes, CNC milling centers (MATEC, HEDELIUS, MTE) and saws for long products are operated. With over 20,000 tonnes of stock at both locations, short-notice cutting, single-item and series production as well as project business can be served. Customers come from structural steel construction, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, metal construction and pressure vessel construction. The delivery area extends beyond Austria to Slovenia, Italy, Croatia, Serbia, Slovakia, Hungary and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
