About Vandex
Vandex is a manufacturer of construction chemistry products for structural waterproofing, concrete repair, concrete protection and building refurbishment. The product range includes cement-based crystalline waterproofing, sealing slurries, repair and restoration mortars, hole-filling and injection mortars, injection products, renovation and insulating renders as well as joint sealing bands and MMA coatings. The products are used in drinking water and wastewater systems, sewage treatment plants, tanks and containers, basement waterproofing and special solutions. The majority of materials is produced in-house at the Schwarzenbek plant in northern Germany; proximity to the Port of Hamburg enables worldwide deliveries. Vandex was founded in 1946 by the Danish chemist Lauritz Jensen and has been part of the Tremco CPG Europe Group since 2020 (owned by RPM International Inc. since 2006). The company is represented in over 70 countries and additionally offers technical service, tendering support, water analysis and training.
