The Surface Treatment Technologies business unit (Vantage Performance Materials, Gurnee, IL) has been manufacturing process cleaners, paint strippers and surface treatment solutions for aerospace and defense for over 40 years, and for over 45 years high-reliability cleaning products for electronics manufacturing, including defluxers for PCBAs and vapor degreasing solutions. For industrial bakeries, Vantage supplies release agents together with patented PosiSpray spray technology and Mallet systems. With more than 2,000 custom formulations and 15 global laboratories, development is carried out in co-creation with customers. The European site is located in Leuna, Germany.
