About VAPIANO
VAPIANO is a system gastronomy brand for Italian cuisine headquartered in Hildesheim. The restaurants offer homemade pasta, fresh pinsa, salads, antipasti and desserts; the pasta is made in an in-house manufactory directly in the restaurant from durum wheat semolina and water, or wholegrain spelt flour. Dishes can be individually composed, with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options available. Orders are placed via Table Ordering by QR code at the table, via Digital Order Points, or for take-away; in most restaurants food and drinks are brought to the table. The company operates around 30 locations in German cities such as Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt and Dresden and was founded in 2002 in Hamburg. VAP Marketing GmbH (HRB 207336, Amtsgericht Hildesheim) acquired parts of the insolvent Vapiano SE in 2020 and continues the brand.
