About Variowell
Variowell Development is a development company specialized in Sleep-Tech, based in Germany. The company develops scientifically grounded technologies for the mattress industry, working at the intersection of materials research, digital systems and mattress manufacturing. Core products are Kikoo, a natural cooling technology with more than twelve hours of cooling effect; Swayy, an adaptive thermal comfort technology that combines Kikoo cooling with energy-saving heating bands; and AURALITH® Strips, a graphite technology for a pleasant sleep climate. In terms of materials, polyurethane foam (PU foam) and graphite are at the center of development. Variowell sees itself as a bridge between mattress manufacturers and the tech industry, leveraging know-how from the PU foam, automotive and digital sectors. Partners include international mattress brands such as Casper, Simba and Helix; in 2023, more than 350,000 products with Variowell technology were sold.
