The Vassemer aspic manufactory traditionally produces hand-laid aspic from the finest cuts of selected poultry. The range comprises seven aspic specialities characterised by exquisite recipes, premium poultry and the finest fruit and vegetable ingredients. With an exceptionally high meat content, the products are distributed exclusively through the served counter as premium items. The company is organised as a family-run business and has been part of the müllerundmüller group since 2014. The registered office with administration is located in Preußisch Oldendorf, production in Versmold.
