About VAYS
VAYS GmbH, based in Hanover, offers manufacturer-independent smart home complete packages from well-known brands including installation at a fixed price. The service portfolio includes planning and project supervision, compatibility checks of all components, selection and vetting of regional installers, setup and user training as well as applications for government funding (KfW, BAFA, BEG). Installation is carried out by a nationwide partner network of approximately 150 to 160 certified installers, each operating within a radius of at most 25 km. After installation, VAYS offers maintenance and service contracts with an annual system health checkup, remote maintenance and insurance coverage via WERTGARANTIE. In roughly three years of activity, the company has implemented about 300 smart home projects, including in single-family homes, apartments and office buildings. Partners include OBI, Samsung (SmartThings) and TechnologieZentrumDresden.
