VDP GmbH is a mid-sized company for steel and mechanical engineering founded in 2003 in Hagen im Bremischen, specialising in rail-bound passenger and freight transport. Its range of services includes the production of steel troughs for rail systems, the manufacture of precast concrete parts such as track support and transition slabs, rail processing through blasting, milling, bending and drilling, as well as the design and construction of special machinery such as grouting machines, crawler undercarriages and mobile container blasting systems. In addition, the company offers on-site services, including installation, renovation, ERS rail replacement, level crossing conversion and machine grouting (trough under-grouting and rail grouting) with epoxy, polyurethane, polysulfide and hybrid materials. At the main site in Hagen im Bremischen (approx. 2500 m², two plants), steel construction, precast concrete, rail processing and special machinery construction are combined; the Ludwigsburg site is responsible for acquisition, quoting, development and programming. More than 300 projects have been implemented nationally and internationally.
