VDV Laser-Stanz-Umformtechnik GmbH is a medium-sized metalworking company in Krakow am See (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) and has been active in the field of laser technology since 2012. The company manufactures simple sheet metal parts as well as complex assemblies and small series from steel, CrNi steel (stainless steel) and aluminium. The range of services includes sheet and profile cutting on laser-punching machines (TRUMPF TRUMATIC 6000 and 600L) and plasma cutting systems, folding, bending and forming, CNC machining (turning and milling), welding (MIG, MAG, TIG, spot welding, stud welding), joining by riveting, screwing and bonding, pickling and passivating of stainless steel, wet painting, as well as plant construction and assembly including piping construction. In addition, the company offers CAD design, static calculations, jig and fixture construction and on-site repair. Stainless steel (CrNi steel)
Core material for stainless steel processing including pickling, passivating and apparatus & vessel construction for food applications (material group 8).
Aluminium
Processed in laser cutting (up to 4 mm), bending and welding, among others with anodising as a surface treatment process.
Galvanised sheet steel
