About Vention

Vention is a factory automation provider founded in Montreal in 2016 that unites hardware, software and Physical AI in a cloud-based platform. It manufactures and sells modular automation components such as patented T-slot aluminum extrusions, linear slide and gantry actuators, modular conveyor systems, and MachineMotion-series motion controllers (including MachineMotion AI based on NVIDIA Jetson). Applications include machine tending, robotic welding, cobot palletizing, case packers, assembly workstations, and AI-powered bin picking solutions. Robots from Universal Robots, FANUC and ABB are integrated plug-and-play. The software offering includes the MachineBuilder CAD tool, the MachineLogic programming and simulation environment with digital twin, and MachineAnalytics for monitoring and remote support. Customers come from industries such as automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, food & beverage, and intralogistics. The German subsidiary Vention GmbH has its European headquarters in Berlin (relocation to Munich announced); delivery is worldwide with next-day delivery options.
