About VentoStream
VentoStream AG develops and manufactures a compact wind turbine with patented energy converter technology. The turbine, with a diameter of 3.5 meters, uses an aerodynamic suction effect that accelerates the wind flow and achieves high power density even at moderate wind speeds. A single turbine supplies around 60 households; up to six turbines can be combined into a system unit. Installation is possible on buildings or on masts from 5 meters in height – for decentralized power generation in urban spaces, at companies, or in wind parks. Rotating parts are not visible from the outside, so the turbine operates without shadow flicker or bird strikes, runs quietly, and delivers power even in low winds and extreme conditions. Founded in 2023 by the Bernsau family with two founding investors, the company is building a pre-series wind turbine in 2025 and plans the first small-series production for 2026. Before every installation, VentoStream offers an individual site analysis to measure the local wind energy potential.
