About VEOLO
VEOLO manufactures in Leipzig a modular bicycle trailer (veolo Trailer 2.0) for everyday use and sport: everyday transport and shopping, dog transport, camping and outdoor as well as water sports with long loads up to 3.5 m. The trailer weighs 6.7 kg with a 60 kg payload and features a patented elastomer suspension with 45 mm of travel and replaceable elastomers in two hardness grades. The product is designed and completed in Leipzig; design, final assembly and quality control take place there. Materials used are aluminum (frame, double-wall rims, CNC-machined swingarms made of Al 6061), hot-forged wing mounts, stainless steel for press-fit pins as well as carbon fiber, Hypalon®, X-Pac® ripstop and Batyline® fabrics for the textile tub and reinforcements. In addition, VEOLO offers its own coupling bolt weighing just 65 g, spare parts, special tools for swingarm maintenance and an online configurator with customization. Sales are conducted via a D2C webshop with worldwide delivery as well as through a dealer network.
