Vergussguru UG is a service provider based in Sindelfingen specializing in potting and bonding technology. The company combines a technical laboratory for potting applications with its own contract manufacturing facility at the same location and supports customers from the initial idea through to series production. The range of services includes manufacturer-neutral potting and process consulting with chemical expertise, material research and material selection according to requirements such as temperature resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical load capacity, process optimization of existing bonding and potting lines, application engineering as well as research and development including feasibility studies. In contract manufacturing, potting applications are produced from prototype to small and large-scale series, complemented by contract bonding with adhesives. The offering is rounded off by seminars, training courses and workshops on adhesive technology, processing techniques and quality control. Material analysis prior to potting and quality assurance throughout the entire potting process ensure the results. Production takes place in Sindelfingen (Baden-Württemberg) using modern casting technology.
