verisco GmbH, headquartered in Dortmund, was founded in 2017 as a spin-off of TU Dortmund and stands for "Verified Smart Communication". The company designs and develops highly modular and automated test systems as well as test services for the verification of intelligent charging systems and communication systems. The focus is on conformity testing of charging interfaces for electric vehicles (EV) and charging infrastructure (EVSE), in particular CCS, ISO 15118, DIN 70122 and V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid). The interdisciplinary engineering team participates in international standardization bodies and supports open test platforms such as the International CCS & ISO 15118 Testing Symposium. Customers include manufacturers of electric vehicles and charging systems as well as operators of charging infrastructure. In August 2022, verisco's business operations – products, services, employees and management – were acquired by Keysight Technologies Deutschland GmbH in an asset deal.
