About Veriso
Veriso GmbH & Co. KG produces high-quality building materials made primarily from waste glass. The product range includes veriso foam glass gravel LDV, veriso expanded glass and veriso RED expanded glass gravel for water storage systems and rainwater retention. Foam glass is made by processing recycled glass into glass meal, mixing it with additives and foaming it in tunnel kilns at around 900 °C; expanded glass is produced from finely ground glass shards granulated with binding and foaming agents and expanded in a rotary kiln at 800 to 900 °C. Delivery takes place loose, in big bags, in sacks or via silo truck blowing; for foam glass, a small-quantity service of 1.5 to 8.0 m³ per delivery is available throughout Germany. With three foam glass kilns at two production sites, the company is one of the largest foam glass producers in Europe. The products are used in floor insulation, civil engineering, road and path construction, landscaping, sports facility construction, renovation and pipeline construction. Since 1 January 2025, Veriso has been part of the Reiling Group, a family-owned recycling company based in Marienfeld.
