About the VESCON Group
The VESCON Group is an engineering service provider and plant manufacturer headquartered in Frankenthal and part of the international SCIO Automation Group. The companies VESCON Process, VESCON AQUA, VESCON Energy as well as the Automation and Special Machinery divisions plan and realize projects along the entire value chain of the Smart Factory. In the Special Machinery division, turnkey production, assembly, measuring and testing lines are developed and built, from hand-held devices to fully automated systems, including robotic cells with KUKA LBR iiwa robots and proprietary HIBERION software for production data acquisition, traceability and OEE. VESCON Process provides 3D plant planning (AVEVA PDMS/E3D, laser scanning), pipe stress analysis (Rohr2, CAESAR II, NozzlePRO), process engineering and strength calculations for the chemical industry. VESCON Energy builds and modernizes 380/220-kV substations, VESCON AQUA automates water and wastewater treatment plants. Customers include BASF, TenneT, Siemens Rail Automation, Roche Diagnostics and Bosch Mahle Turbosystems.
