VIAM Europe GmbH is a supplier of vehicle interior carpeting and finished carpet solutions for the automotive industry. The product portfolio includes molded floor mats (car floor mats), cargo/trunk mats, carpet materials as well as accessories for passenger cars, electric vehicles and commercial vehicle fleets. The company develops carpet materials custom-tailored to customer requirements and dyes them in-house, so that colors match the interior, exterior and brand identity of the vehicle manufacturers. In addition, VIAM offers its own laboratory testing before and during production, design-for-manufacturing, and joint co-development with customers. Production is scalable and ranges from single pieces to series production of up to one million units. In selected product lines, carpet materials with up to 55 % recycled content are used. VIAM is part of the Freudenberg Group and sources key components from the Freudenberg network; according to its own statement, the company is present worldwide as a supplier of vehicle floor mats.
